Fano, Brodetto festival, 17th edition.   Friday night, chef Carmelo Carnevale, Sicilian, based in London.   Capers, olives, orange, lemon rind, star anise.  Saturday night, competition.  Abruzzo, chef Jean Pierre Soria, tomatoes from Vasto.  Friuli, chef Giorgio Da Forno, white polenta, fried seaweed.   Fabulous, each quite unique.
